Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the customer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Proof of Purchase:
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And Have product in it's original packaging if package open and product is used the return will not be Accepts, Please Email us we will provides the next instruction for your returns products

Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of -payment within 7-10 Business days, And please follow up with your Bank.

Shipping Insurance:
All orders are insured unless you opt out of our shipping insurance provided by Route Insurance.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us : UNIQUESCENTS@ECCENTRICSCENTSLLC.COM for exchange instructions.

Shipping

Shipping Timeframe:
Our products are shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Return Shipping Address:
To return a product, please contact us for the appropriate return shipping address. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Essential experience!!

I recently attended the candle making workshop and let me tell you… I was not expecting to learn sooo much about candles. Our expert was well versed on all things candles and I surprisingly had a lot of questions. Lol All of the scents were well thought out and smelled amazing! She paid attention to every detail in regard to the set up and tools needed, nobody had to share anything. Our host provided light snacks and drinks to enjoy before the workshop started and the vibe was entertaining and creative. If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would. Looking forward to the next one! 😊

Amazing DIY candle making party

My friend hosted a DIY candle making party and this was truly such a fun, creative and unique experience!! She was super knowledgeable about the candles and the whole process. We were able to follow along with ease. I loved all the options for customization from the vessel to hold the candle, to the scents (and we could even mix them to create our own scent), to the color of the wax and we even got to make our own labels! The level of professionalism was evident with the setup (all the tools were provided, even aprons!), to the easy QR codes to the shop to be able to purchase additional items and for the review. We had such a wonderful time and look forward to booking another party! Can’t have too many candles!

DIY candle workshop

I had the pleasure of hosting a DIY candle party and I was very impressed with the promptness professionally. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable I love how easy . She made The experience for everyone . Being able to create your own candle and naming your candle who wouldn’t love that definitely will be booking a private party again!!
