We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed. If you experience any problems, contact us and we’ll assist as best we can.

If you made an error in your shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours to correct it.
Unfortunately, if we are notified after this window, we cannot guarantee changes or refunds.

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by USPS, Eccentric Scents is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Sometimes packages may still arrive within 2–3 days. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office.
