1. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, items will reach their destination within 7-10 business days after processing, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
2. I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Due to the nature of our personal care products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution. If your item is defective or damaged, please provide photo evidence, and we will assist you accordingly.
3. Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations. However, if you encounter any problems with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
4. I have entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information within 24 hours. If notified within this timeframe, we can update the address for you. Unfortunately, no changes or refunds can be made after 24 hours if the incorrect address was submitted.
5. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary, but on average, it takes between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
