Mobile Candle-Making Experience

Experience Overview:

Bring the art of candle-making right to your doorstep with Eccentric Scents' mobile workshops. We provide a professional, safe, and enjoyable environment where you can learn and create, with safety always being our top priority.

Event Preparation:

To ensure a smooth experience, please provide the address for your event when booking. As this is a mobile service, you'll need to arrange chairs and tables for your guests, as well as access to electricity. After booking, you can expect a call or message from me to confirm the details.

Use of Images:

By participating in our workshops, you grant Eccentric Scents LLC permission to use any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and social media purposes without further consent or compensation.

Participant Responsibility:

Participation in our mobile workshops is at your own risk, including for any children involved. Given the use of hot wax, dyes, and fragrance oils, it's important to consider the suitability of this activity based on skill level. Eccentric Scents LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the workshop.

Waiver, Release, and Indemnity:

- Waiver & Release: By attending our mobile workshops, you release Eccentric Scents LLC and its representatives from any claims arising from the event or use of our equipment, including any injuries or property loss.

- Assumption of Risks: You accept and assume all risks associated with candle making, including the hazards of hot wax and other materials.

- Indemnification & Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eccentric Scents LLC from any claims or liabilities resulting from your participation in the workshop.

Policies and Procedures:

Eccentric Scents LLC reserves the right to enforce certain policies, such as excluding intoxicated individuals from workshops. Failure to comply may result in removal without a refund.

Use of Likeness:

By participating, you allow Eccentric Scents LLC to use your likeness in photos or videos taken during the workshop for promotional purposes without compensation.

Minors:

Children under 5 are not allowed in workshops. Participants must be at least 8 years old, with an adult present for those aged 8-14. A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for participants under 18.

Cancellation:

Due to the customized nature of our mobile workshops, refunds are not available for reservations.

Acknowledgment:

By participating in our workshops, you agree to our safety guidelines and waive any claims against Eccentric Scents LLC for injuries or damages. You also consent to the use of event photos for promotional purposes.

Party Details:

- Duration: 2 hours, with 45 minutes to 1 hour for candle setting.
- Activities: Candle making, mingling, interactive games, and labeling.
- What’s Included: All necessary supplies (soy wax, wicks, dye, fragrance oil, and labels) and expert instruction.

Booking:

- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance, with full payment required.
- All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Private parties require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 15. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

Important Notes:

- Please note this is a mobile service, so I will come to your location. You will need to provide chairs and tables for your guests, as well as electricity for the event.
