Eccentric Scents – Refund & Return Policy

At Eccentric Scents, each item is carefully handcrafted with love and intention. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to work with you to find a resolution when possible.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unopened items if you contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the return is not received in original condition, a refund may be denied.

  • Custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, depending on your bank.

  • If the return is not approved, no refund will be issued and the item(s) may be returned to you at your expense.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Each case is evaluated individually to determine the appropriate resolution.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery expected in 5–7 business days (excluding postal holidays). If there are delays, we will contact you directly or post updates.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS, Eccentric Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen items. While we are unable to refund shipping or product costs in these cases, we recommend waiting 3–4 business days, as delayed deliveries can occur. Please check your tracking details via the email associated with your order.
