We Don't Offer Any refund due to the nature of the personal product no Refund or exchange is available. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact via email with the above instruction and we will discuss the solution. Keep In Mind All SALES ARE FINAL 

We will accept return and exchange of unopened and unused product once contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Items must also be in its original packaging. if the items are not returned in its original conditions, Refund will not be issued, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Customer must ship product at their own expense.

To complete your return, we required receipt or proof of purchased. Once return is received and inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also provide you with the Approval or Rejection of your refund. if approved a refund will be process and credit will automatically apply to your form of payment. Please allow 3-5 days depending on your bank. If returned is unacceptable No REFUND WILL BE ISSUE.

WE evaluate your returned /Refund request as received, for approval please reach out via email with picture and description of incident in order for our team to evaluate and determining next step.

Items are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Thank you for your patience during these uncertain times.

I strive to package and ship our candle orders within 1-2 business days excluding post office related holiday hour. If there is any significant delay, it will be posted on our main page or will emailed you.

Loss Packages

Once the order has shipped, it is out of Eccentric Scents responsibility. If your item appears to be lost or stolen, we are not responsible.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it will generally show up 3-4 days later. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
